A comment turns into a customer while you are asleep
They comment a word. The answer is in their DMs in seconds, and the reply lands in one inbox with every other channel.
On this page
What it is
Pick a word
“price”, “rate”, “kati”
They comment it
on your post or reel
We DM them
in seconds, once
They reply
and it is your order
The pipeline
They comment
Someone types your word under a post or reel — while they are still scrolling.
BaseBlock reads it
One keyword catches every spelling romanized Nepali arrives in.
The DM lands
The answer arrives in their inbox in seconds, with an optional public reply.
They write back
Their reply opens a real conversation and lands in your Inbox as a thread.
You take over
The whole thread is in your Inbox, with everything they already told it.

yo katee ho? 😍
Your keyword is “kati”. Every one of these still reaches it:
In their DMs, seconds later
Their reply opens a real conversation. A keyword flow can then:
One DM per comment, and then it waits. A comment earns exactly one private reply — it does not open a messaging window. BaseBlock sends that one, then stops until the person writes back, because chasing them with a second automated message is what gets a Page's messaging access taken away. Tools that ignore this look faster right up until the day they stop working.
Keywords that actually match
Nobody types the word you had in mind. All of these reach it anyway.
- priceDM sentthe word itself
- PRICE?DM sentcase and punctuation ignored
- priseDM senta near-miss spelling
- kati ho?DM sentromanized Nepali for “how much”
- katiDM sentthe same word, written as people write it

Five channels, one list
Instagram, Messenger, website chat, email and phone orders. Any device.
Nobody answers twice
Assign it, snooze it, take it over. Everyone sees who has it.
Saved replies
Kept once, inserted in a tap, with their name and order filled in.
Attachments arrive too
A damaged parcel, a transfer slip — in the thread, not on someone's phone.
Answers that need no one
Read from your own records. True, or not sent at all.
- Where is my order? — from the real order record
- A payment link for exactly what is owed
- Opening hours, from the real ones
- A message when the parcel reaches the courier
- A nudge to you when nobody has replied in an hour
- One review request, a few days after delivery
What it will not do
Said here rather than discovered later. Open any one for the reason.
One DM per comment, and then it waits.
A comment earns exactly one private reply and does not open a messaging window. BaseBlock sends that one and stops until the person writes back. Chasing them with a second automated message is what gets a Page's messaging access taken away — tools that ignore this look faster right up until the day they stop working.
A reply has to be within 24 hours of their last message.
Meta's rule, not ours. After that the flow stops rather than trying, and tells you it stopped. A tool that promises otherwise is describing something it cannot do.
There are no Instagram broadcasts.
Meta paused new access to broadcast lists in February 2024 and it has not reopened. What BaseBlock offers instead is a bulk send to people whose window is genuinely open — and it shows you that number before you press send, because it is always smaller than your follower count.
Nothing is invented.
Every automatic answer comes from your own records. An automatic reply that quotes a price you never set is worse than no reply at all.
Everything is off until you switch it on.
No automation starts talking to your customers because you created it. You turn each one on, one at a time, when you have read what it says.
Getting started
- 1Create a workspace. Free, no card.
- 2Connect the Page your Instagram is linked to.
- 3Start from the “Comment a word, get the price” template.
- 4Change the word and the message, read the preview, switch it on.
